I spent 20 years on the other side of the desk, building and growing our teams and partners.

Before I built MyUtilitySearch, I led teams that sold internet, TV and home services for the companies you’re comparing on this site. I ran retail operations across 60 Time Warner Cable (now Spectrum) locations, along with BPO operations, affiliate and partner programs, and marketing strategy. At Cox, I led the franchise store and store-in-store national retail teams — more than 200 people across nine states, about 60% of the company’s footprint — including the Florida Panhandle launch. At Optimum (Altice USA), I built channel partnerships from scratch and mapped serviceable footprints across 28 states. At AT&T, I worked on commercial partner ecosystems, including a pilot that paired electricity shopping with internet sign-up.

Along the way I worked with retail energy providers, brokers and comparison platforms on how they sell, and I’ve spoken at TEPA and EMC industry events for years.

Why I built this

I’ve seen how plans get priced, how promos are structured to expire, and how the address you live at quietly decides what you’re offered. Most comparison sites either hide that or don’t know it. MyUtilitySearch exists to show it plainly: verified prices, the fine print that matters, and an honest read on which plan fits — internet, electricity, home security and home warranty, compared at your address.

How we verify

Prices on this site come from live provider quotes at real addresses and from official sources such as electricity facts labels and public utility commission filings, with the verification date on the page. When a price changes, we update the page and say so.
